Preparation of a photosensitive resin sheet

The invention relates to a photosensitive resin sheet, having a support material and a layer, applied thereto, of photosensitive resin, a cover sheet applied to the layer of photosensitive resin, and an intermediate layer which prevents mutual adhesion. The photosensitive resin sheet is characterised in that the surface of the layer preventing mutual adhesion which comes into contact with the layer of photosensitive resin has been subjected to treatment in order to increase the adhesion. This photosensitive resin sheet has the advantage that removal of the cover sheet is not accompanied by separation between the layer which prevents mutual adhesion and the layer of photosensitive resin.
