PURPOSE:To prevnt a malfunction due to the working point varying by the transient state of a make or break time of a power supply, by adding an inhibiting means of an integration circuit, etc. to an electronic circuit for car using plural circuit elements having different levels of working power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 1 consists of an NMOSIC; while an NAND gate 2 and an FF5 consist of a CMOSIC respectively. The circuit elements have different ranges of working power supply voltage. With application of the output of the gate 2, an integration circuit 15 serving as an inhibiting means is provided to the input circuit of a transistor 3. This circuit 15 inhibits the supply of an error signal produced temporatily in a make or break time of power supply to other circuit parts. Thus it is possible to prevent a malfunction due to the working point varying by the transient state of a make or break time of the power supply. |
