PURPOSE:To restore a potential failure of an error produced in the control information as rapidly as possible and recover a normal operation by providing a means for transmitting the control information by a whole function to a terminal equipment periodically in an exchange. CONSTITUTION:In an exchange 1, a whole information periodically transmitting means 3 for transmitting the control information by whole function to a terminal equipment 2 is provided. The various types of informations required for the equipment 2 from the exchange 1 is sequentially transmitted and the corresponding function is successively executed. In that case, the control information by whole function required by the equipment 2 is transmitted to the equipment 2 through a transmitting means 4, transmission passage 7 from the means 3, and processed in a control information processing means 6 through a receiving means 5. Thereby, an error produced in the sequentially transmitted control information is not detected by an error check means, thereby a potential failure is restored as rapidly as possible and a normal operation can be recovered. |
