PURPOSE:To inhibit the intrusion of heat to a superconductive coil section by adusting relative position between an auxiliary coil and a main coil through an adjusting bar and an operating bar and detaching the operating bar. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive coil system consists of a main superconductive coil 1 and an auxiliary superconductive coil 21. These coils 1, 21 are received in a vessel 3 into which cryogenic liquid helium 2 is entered. Liquid nitrogen 5 is introduced into a vessel 6. The insides of vacuum vessels 9, 10, 11a, 11b are drawn to a high vacuum. The distribution of a magnetic field generated when the coils 1, 21 are excited under the state is measured, and the position of the coil 21 is adjusted by a displacement adjusting mechanism 15 and an operating bar 16. A cryostat is constituted so that an adjusting bar for the mechanism 15 and the operating bar 16 can be detached at that time. Accordingly, a heat input into the vessel 3 from the operating bar can be inhibited by detaching the operating bar 16 after an adjustment and interrupting a thermal contact with the adjusting bar. |
