<p>Title cell contains electrodes made of an alloy contg. components selected from Cu, Ag and/or Au and, on the other hand, a metal(s) of gps. IV and V (pref. Au-Sn). These alloys do not attack the Se layer. The decomposition of the vacuum-deposited electrodes is avoided. The device is used for the determination of X-rays and radiation of radioactive elements.</p> |
