PURPOSE:To raise the fluidity and uniformity of molding materials by injecting the molding material while applying a high-frequency vibration to pins provided to injection piston and screw and/or molds. CONSTITUTION:In moving an injection screw 1 in the directions of arrows 7 and 7', a rotary mechanism 11 is turned, a molding material 5 charged into a hopper 4 is introduced into an injection cylinder 8, plasticized, and injected. While vibrating the injection screw or the injection piston with high speeds in the axial direction as shown by arrows 7 and 7' by a vibrator 12, the molding material is injected to obtain moldings having lesser strain and cracks. |
