<p>PURPOSE:To prevent clogging of a spray pipe by providing a slurry discharge pipe, waste liquid collecting and transporting pipe, a separator installed with a gate valve for discharging deposit, and a connecting pipe between the separator and a chamber for absorption tower liquid to each pipe end of spray pipe group of liquid slurry. CONSTITUTION:Automatic discharge valves 105 for slurry provided to pipe ends at the downstream side of spray main pipe group 1 of lime slurry liquid of an absorption tower 22 in a stack desulphurization apparatus, are opened or closed by the operation of a timer. The slurry discharged from the spray main pipe is combined and flowed into a waste liquid collecting and transporting pipe 106 provided slantly from a discharge pipe 111 and introduced into a separating chamber 107 where it is separated to deposit and filtrate. The filtrate is flowed into an absorption tower liquid chamber 2 through a connecting pipe 110. Foreign matters in the slurry deposited in the separator 107 are discharged to a receiver 109 for deposited material in the outside of the tower with a chute by the operation of oan automatic gate valve 108.</p> |
