Manufacture of pesticide-capsule omits a heating and drying process by coating one or more of the second original pesticides to a granular carrier. The surface of the pesticide-capsule was treated with several liquid adhesive agents, while one or more of the first original pesticides were absorbed into a granular carrier that was pre-adjusted to have a liquid holding capacity of 2-25%. Without the heating and drying process, mass production is possible and polluting factors were reduced greatly.
