PURPOSE:To obtain a joint part excellent in whose heat conduction by a hole working and an assemby accuracy of a fin with a low accuracy, by arranging the fin at a prescribed position of a pipe, expanding the pipe, and thereafter, brazing a gap of the fin and the pipe in a brazing tank. CONSTITUTION:A fin 1 having a gap is arranged on the outside diameter of a pipe 2 and the pipe expansion is performed. In this case, a gap g' exists in the connecting part of the fin 1 and the pipe 2. Subsequently, the fin 1 and the pipe 2 connected by expanding the pipe are combined into one set, and thereafter, put into a brazing tank, and brazing is performed. Accordingly, the gap g' is filled with a brazing material 3, a perfect connecting part is obtained, and also it is not required to finish with high accuracy a hole working of the fin 1. |
