A second layer of thinner insulation material 25, 0À0005 to 0À005 inch in thickness, which may be heat shrinkable, is placed over at least the terminal portion 22 and may also extend over the first insulation material 23 covering the crimping ferrule 21. This second insulation material may be of a polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate.
