PURPOSE:To provide an advanced tank blasting method without requiring any newly developed costly device by imparting upward component to the grit cast from a rotor by the used of a technical measure while conventional rotor, chute and separator are still used. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 6 of this shot blasting machine is in connection with a sling chute 11 and sends out the grit 8 in a rate of flow of, for ex., 150kg/min to a connection part of the tank bottom plate 12 with side plate 13 through a sling duct 11. The chute 11 is in communication with a collection chute 34, and another chute 14 is coupled with a separator 7. The grit 8 cast into the chute 11 has the upward and downward component as a transverse component to be slinged uniformly to the tank corner part to perform shot blasting of it. According to this arrangement, any costly equipment is not required to be developed anew. |
