PURPOSE:To bring the rigidity of an elastic body down to some extent at operation in and around a neutral position of a handle, by installing the elastic body inside an outer tube, while turning a steering shaft round within the range of a stopper angle. CONSTITUTION:A first flat part 7 is made to be a size smaller than a flat part 4 of an outer tube 3, while a clearance 11 is formed in space between the first flat part 7 and the flat part 4 of the outer tube 3. A steering shaft S becomes opposed to the outer tube 3 free of rotation within the range of a stopper angle theta. A second flat part 8 being formed at the tip of the steering shaft S is made to be further a size smaller than the first flat part 7. Each of first-third elastic bodies (a)-(c) is interposed in an interval between the second flat part 8 and the flat part 4 of the outer tube 3. |
