A camping stove body (1) includes a cooking burner (6) and a grill burner (7), there being a space (16) beneath the grill burner in a lower part (11) of the stove, the space being open at the front via an access opening (17) for food which is to be grilled. The lower part and the body are arranged to telescope together so as to reduce the overall height for transit. First catch means releasably retain the body (1) in a raised position in relation to the lower part (11), for uncovering the access opening (17) and affording sufficient height for the food to be grilled in the space (16). Second catch means releasably retain the body in a lowered position in relation to the lower part, thus covering the access opening and reducing the height of the camping stove. <IMAGE> |
