PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm for speaker with high mechanical strength and specific elasticity, proper internal loss and high performance by plasma thermal spraying powder for thermal spray in which B4C powder is plated with Ni to a metallic plate and forming a composite plate used for the diaphragm for speaker to improve spray deposition efficiency and productivity. CONSTITUTION:The Ni-plated B4C powder, especially 2-30wt% of the Ni layer to the B4C by means of chemical Ni plating to the B4C powder is used as the thermal spraying powder. The thermal spraying powder 3 is thermal sprayed in the form of plasma on the metallic plate 41 to obtain a composite plate 4 for the speaker diaphragm. Since the plated thermal spraying powder has excellent fluidity and is supplied stably because of chamferred corners, spray deposition efficiency is improved and uniform film 43 is formed. |
