PURPOSE:To realize simply charging registration only by a mobile body side by allowing the operator to monitor a reception signal to discriminate the response of an opposite party and to conduct charging registration by a switch. CONSTITUTION:A speaker switch 24 is connected by the command of a timer control circuit 21 at the same time when a dial signal relayed. when the response of opposite party is monitored through the connection of a line, after the monitor confirms the call, the operator gives a charge registration start command by depressing a charging start switch 13. Then a call unit charge is displayed on a charge display device 11. In this case, the speaker switch 24 is disconnected. Then the user uses handsets 34, 33 in place of the operator and makes communication with the called opposite party. |
