PURPOSE:To regenerate continuously a solvent by separating a treating vessel into two chambers, evaporating the solvent with an endless belt in the first chamber, and condensing the vapor in the second chamber in a regeneration apparatus of the organic solvent for electronic parts. CONSTITUTION:A solvent, after cleaning electronic parts in a cleaning vessel 1, is overflown through an introducing pipe 4, removed from dirt with a filter 12, and sent into a regeneration vessel 2. The solvent is deposited on an endless belt 13a, heated with a heater 16 while rotating rollers 14 and 15, and evaporated. The residue on evaporation deposited on the belt is removed by a releasing means 17. The vapor is sent into the second chamber 8 from the first chamber 7, condensed by a cooling means 19, and the condensate sent to the cleaning vessel 1. |
