EP powder coatings, and process for the production of matt finishes

The invention relates to EP powder coatings which can be cured by means of polycarboxylic acids and triacetonediamine (TAD) adducts. The latter are obtained by reacting TAD derivatives of the formula <IMAGE> where R<1> and R<2> are H or -(CH2)m-XH, m is 2 or 3, and X is O, or NH, with epoxides, urea, monoisocyanates or di- and polyisocyanates which are optionally partially blocked. The invention also relates to a process for the production of matt finishes with the aid of these powder coatings.
