PURPOSE:To obtain an elevating device which is easy to operate and simple in construction by providing an engaging part whereby an engaging member can be engaged with a connecting link to which a crank member is connected. CONSTITUTION:Crank members 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b are provided on the front and rear parts of the both sides of a seat frame 1, and are connected through rotary connecting members 5, 7 respectively. Each one end of crank members is connected by means of connecting links 9a, 9b having engaging holes 11, respectively, and engaging members 12 which can be freely engaged with the engaging holes 11, are provided on the side parts of a seat frame 1. At the time of raising or lowering a seat frame 1, the engaging members 12 are engaged with the engaging holes 11 in the shifted positions of the connecting links 9a, 9b, holding the seat frame 1 at a desired height. |
