PURPOSE:To realize prevention of collapse of cargo even if a container is shaken by sprinkling the outer layer part of a bulk cargo, loaded in the container, with hardening agent and fixing said layer part. CONSTITUTION:After loading a bulk cargo 2 in a cargo housing container 1, hardening agent 4 is sprinkled on the surface layer part of the cargo as it is loaded. Thus, said agent 4 is hardened in a short time and the outer layer part of the bulk cargo 2 is fixed so as to make the cargo 2 like one solid body. Accordingly, the cargo 2 can be prevented from being collapsed even if the container 1 is shaken. |
