<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a voltage drop by an increase of a threshold voltage in a low frequency, and also to reduce a consumed current value by dispersing uniformly silicon carbide of a specified particle diameter to an oriented film. CONSTITUTION:A refined silicon carbide whose particle diameter is <=80mmu is dispersed uniformly to an organic high polymer oriented film in a liquid crystal display element. In this way, the organic high polymer oriented film which has dispersed unifromly the silicon carbide whose average particle diameter is <=80mmu is used, therefore, in the liquid crystal display element using the organic high polymer oriented film, its power consumption can be reduced. Also, an increase of a threshold voltage in a low frequency area is prevented, and a contrast of a liquid crystal display pattern can be held satisfactorily.</p> |
