PURPOSE:To produce a heating panel at a low cost through a simple process, by a method wherein a heating body is pressed against the surface of a plate body made of foaming synthetic resin to form a groove matching the arrangement of a heating medium passing pipe, and the heating medium passing pipe is fitted in the groove. CONSTITUTION:A heating plate 12, having a projection part 13 shaped in conformity to the configuration of a heating medium passing pipe 3, is pressed against the surface of a plate body 11 made of foaming urethane and in a desired thickness, the part, abutting on the projection part 13, of the plate body 11 is fused and softened to form a groove 14 matching the arrangement of the heating medium passing pipe 3. Thereafter, the heating medium passing pipe 3 is fitted in the groove 14, the plate body 11 is then disposed within an outer covering plate 2 with which the surface and the peripheral edge of a heating panel 1 are covered, and finally, the back of the heating panel 1 is covered with a lining material 4 such as paper, synthetic resin sheet, resin-impregnated paper. The heating panel so constituted has no heat insulating layer of foaming synthetic resin formed between the outer covering plate and the heating medium passing pipe, and besides the plate body is formed by a layer of foaming urethane formed by a foam molding, resulting in simplification of a manufacturing process and in manufacture of the heating panel at a low cost. |
