PURPOSE:To ensure the smooth transmission of power and at the same time to avoid the unsymmetrical extension of a tape toward single side or the nonuniform wear of a pinch roller, by supporting a pinch roller holding and pressing members with the same shaft and transmitting the energizing force through the center of the pinch roller holding member in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A pressure arm 35 transmits the force of springs 40 and 41 to a pinch arm 31 and a subpinch arm 32. The projections 35a and 36a of the arm 35 and a subpressure arm 36 are set at the centers of arms 31 and 32 respectively in the axial direction. Therefore no rubbing action is produced between a projection serving as a transmission part where the energizing force of a spring provided to a pressure member and a pinch roller holding member despite revolutions of the pinch roller. Thus the spring energizing force is transmitted smoothly to the pinch roller, and the pinch roller always contacts a capstan with a fixed amount of force. Furthermore, the pinch roller holding member can feed a tape smoothly since the energizing force is transmitted at the center of said holding member in the axial direction. This device prevents previously the unsymmetrical tape extension or the nonuniform wear of the pinch roller. |
