An inductive element, in particular a transformer, is provided with at least one coil 2, 3 which is arranged on an insulating fixing plate 1 as printed conductive paths 10, 11, 12, 13 and a closed ferrite core 6. The insulating fixing plate 1 is constructed of a flexible material which after being deformed springs back into its flat position. In the insulating fixing plate 1 there are openings 4, 5 for taking the ferrite core 6 and there are arranged insertion slits 7, 8 for the core 6 opening out into the openings. The narrow piece 15 taken through the ferrite core 6 and the area 16 of the insulating fixing plate 1 bordered by the two slits 7, 8 lying beside each other form a sprung tongue 17, which tongue can be lifted out of the plane of the insulating fixing plate 1 for insertion of the core 6 in the openings 4, 5 and which after being released springs back as a result of its flexibility, whereby the narrow tongue piece 15 centres the ferrite core 6 in the openings 4, 5 and holds it in position. <IMAGE>
