Then, as the air conditioning switch 45 is turned on, the switch 54 is closed, an electromagnetic clutch 61 is energized, and a compressor 62 is engine-driven. At this time, if the temperature control lever 44 on a control panel 4 is selected in the coolest position, the switch 57 is closed, the electromagnetic coil 235 of a negative pressure switching valve 23 is energized, and the valve 233 is set on the position shown by the chain line. Consequently, a throttle valve 11 is opened by intake negative pressure, with an actuator 21, and the number of the engine revolution is increased.
