PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling by coating the outside of a dielectric block of a dielectric resonator with an insulating resin and also leading out an earth terminal from an outer conductor so as to eliminate the need for a metallic case and a special spring. CONSTITUTION:A long metallic plate having an elasticity is punched and an earth terminal array 32 where earth terminals 4, 4... are projected at a prescribed pitch at both sides of an earth terminal coupling part 31 having nearly constant width is prepared. The dielectric resonator 1 is clipped among the terminals 4, 4... and the tips of the terminals are soldered to the outer conductor 16 of the resonator 1. Then the resonator 1 is immersed in a resin not cured up to the open end face and lifted up so as to cure the resin adhered to the outer conductor 16 and a short-circuit conductor 17. The dielectric resonator 1 is obtained by cutting off the terminals 4, 4... at the vicinity of the coupling part 31 and the terminal array 32 and the resonator are applied with the outer package efficiently by means of the dip method. |
