PURPOSE:To advance a drawing die according to the rotation of rollers and to perform drawing by grasping a material to be drawn with >=2 pieces of the rollers to a device which draws said material with the advancing die and revolving the rollers. CONSTITUTION:A die box 11 is a box body which houses a drawing die 1 and rollers 21, 22, 23 provided at the rear end of the die 1 grasp a material 3 to be drawn by the respectively corresponding rollers. Rollers 24 provided in front of the die 1 hold the material 3 and prevent at the same time the intrusion of foreign matter into the die 1. The material 3 is fixed by both ends 31, 32 to fixing frames 41, 42. The rollers 21, 22, 23, 24 provided before and behind the die 1 are coupled to the box 11 and are incorporated into a carriage 5. When grasping force is exerted to the rollers and the rollers are revolved, the carriage 5 advances to draw the material to be drawn. A sensor 6 which measures the breakage of the material 3 and a sensor 7 which measures the pulling load of the die 1 at the rear end of the die 1 are provided in combination and the values detected thereof are fed back to the device so that the drawing is accomplished without undue stress. |
