<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of air bubble when a piece of film undergoes pressure contact by relasing the tensile force of said piece of film while preventing said film form drooping on a panel after said film is temporarily attached to said panel. CONSTITUTION:The device comprises a first arm 12, on one end of which is provided a roller 14 which guides a piece of film 1 and which is rotatable around a horizontal shaft, and a second arm 13, one end of which is rotatably fitted to the middle part of the first arm 12 by means of a first horizontal shaft memmer 15 and the other end is rotatably fitted to a fixed member by means of a second horizontal shaft member 16. A moment which is slightly greater than, and in the opposite direction to, a momement due to the resultant force of the weight of the piece of film supported by the roller 14 and weight on the side of the roller 14, is provided to the first arm 12. Tensile force is generated in the piece of film at the part below a pressure-contact roller, when a panel to which the piece of film is temporarily attached is transported toward the roller, but this tensile force can be released by driving the first arm 12. Thereby, generation of air bubble and wrinkle on the piece of film can be prevneted when it undergoes pressure contact.</p> |
