PURPOSE:To reduce the weight, improve the workability and to facilitate the manufacture by assembling a cylinder, suction and delivery block, valve seat and bearing on the basis of a frame structure constructed with a pair of planar strength members and an engine frame member for holding the interval. CONSTITUTION:A frame structure 4 made of a pair of planar anti-strength members 1, 2 facing each other and an engine frame member 3 for holding the interval are formed by bending a sheet of steel plate into C-shape. Consequently, when compared with that made through casting, the portions not important in view of strength can be eliminated or made thin. The cutting margin can be as small as 0.5mm. and the surface finish work can be reduced considerably. Said frame structure 4 is integrated through welding or screwing with cylinders 5, 6, suction block 8 for forming a suction chamber, valve seat 11 having suction and delivery valves 9, 10, delivery block 13 for forming a delivery chamber 12 and each bearing 14, 15, to facilitate manufacturing. |
