PURPOSE:To improve the stability of a yarn-like material which is a light-absorptive body and to protect an observing surface disposed with said material by joining the observing surface with a light transmittable film covering said surface. CONSTITUTION:Slender grooves 31 are provided in the parts to be used as dark stripes 3b on the observing surface 3 of a transmission type screen 1 along said parts and yarn-like materials 32 are inserted into said grooves 31. A light transmittable film 4 is joined to the surface 3 by the adhesive agent layer 42 on the inside of a base material film 41 to fix stably the materials 32. The parts for shielding the light absorption are not printed and coated and therefore the troublesome process required for such printing and coating is omitted. A film which has light transmissivity and heat resistance and have less hydroscopicity or water absorptivity is preferable as the film 4, for example, a film of polyester, PE, etc. is usable. |
