<p>PURPOSE:To transfer long objects quickly, surely, in an aligned form, up to the last piece in the captioned equipment for cylindrical electronics parts or the like, by transferring said object one by one from a gravity-drop-type feeding passage to a transfer disc via a transfer drum and a sending-out equipment. CONSTITUTION:Resistors 2 enter one by one a receiving recess 18 in a transfer drum 17 at a receptacle position A by their own weights via a feeding passage 16 which extends vertically from a part feeder not shown in the figure. At this time, the transfer drum 17 rotates by 90 deg. counterclockwise in order to shift the receiving recess 18 to a send-out position B. With this, the receiving recess 18 faces a transfer recess part 25 of a transfer disc 24 located at a receiving position C. At this time, a valve 28 is opened so that the resistor 2 is transferred by compressed air to the transfer recess part 25 in which the resistor 2 is held by means of a magnet 30. Next, the disc 24 is rotated in order to transfer the resistor 2 to the following stage. With this contrivance, the resistors 2 can be transferred quickly, surely, up to the very last piece.</p> |
