It is characterised in that it comprises a jack 22 whose piston rod has an axial bore 35 guiding a bar 36 in translation, this bar traversing the rod and the piston and which protrudes from the rod 24 both at its end 37 facing the plug and at its end 38 and in that beyond the end 37 of the rod 24 which faces the plug, the bar carries, on the one hand, a sleeve 41 made of elastic material whose outer diameter, in the relaxed state, is at most equal to the internal diameter of the body 6 of the plug and, on the other hand, a stop-piece 42 preventing the sleeve from escaping.
