PURPOSE:To dissolve the problem of positional deviation, by arranging each photosensitive body at intervals of halves of their peripheral lengths and using gears of the same diameter which are the products of the same mold or integrally-simultaneously worked products for a driving means, and then, setting the phases of the gears at the time of forming so that the gear of the 3rd photosensitive body can correspond to the gear of the 1st photosensitive body under the same phase condition and the gear of the 2nd photosensitive body can corre spond to the gear of the 1st photosensitive body under a condition where the phase of the former gear is deviated by 180 deg.C from the phase of the latter gear. CONSTITUTION:All the 1st-3rd photosensitive bodies 3a-3c are formed in the shape of a drum and the distance between each drum is set to the half of the peripheral length of the drum. Gears 8a-8c fitted to the axes of each photosensitive body and intermediate gears 9a and 9b are formed by the same molding process by using the same mold or gears of the same shape, namely, the same diameter which are integrally-simultaneously worked and formed are used for the gears 8a-8c and 9a and 9b. Then the same eccentric positions of the gears are marked and the eccentric phase of the first gear and that of the intermediate gear to been gated with the first gear are made the same from a driving gear side and the eccentric phases of the next gear and the intermediate gear to be engaged with the former gear is deviated by 180 deg.C. Then the next pair of gears are deviated by further 180 deg.C. |
