PURPOSE:To obtain the titled recording head enabled in a strong high density multi-structure, by adhering and connecting a conductive material to the groove provided to the surface of an insulating base plate, and, thereafter, selectively removing the conductive material to bore and opening while embedding a part of an ink emitting electrode in the base plate. CONSTITUTION:A groove 30 is formed to one surface of an insulating base plate 200 in a shape similar to a predetermined electrode shape 120 and a conductive material 40 is adhered and connected to the surface having the groove 30 formed thereto of the insulating base plate 200 and the conductive material 40 adhered and connected to the place other than the groove 30 is selectively removed. Subsequently, an opening 100 is formed to the predetermined place by boring to obtain an objective recording head wherein at least a part of an electrode 120 for generating electrostatic force for emitting and ink liquid provided to one surface of the insulating base plate having the opening 100 is embedded in said insulating base plate 200. |
