PURPOSE:To obtain an easily moldable, water-proof tetrapod with fast hardening speeds without the needs for baking by using an baked molding of Cu-slag phosphate combined type. CONSTITUTION:A tetrapod is formed of an unbaked molding of Cu-slag phosphate combined type. The molding is obtained by a method in which Cu-slag particle produced in the copper refining process is mixed with phosphoric acid and/or a phosphate and the mixture is cast into moulds of a given shape and hardened at ordinary temperature. A water-proof tetrapod can thus be obtained with fast hardening speeds by easy molding operations without the needs for baking operation.
