发明名称 METHOD FOR LEACHING PRECIPITATE AFTER COPPER ELECTROLYSIS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To recover noble metals in a high yield from a precipitate contg. noble metals produced as a by-product by the electrolytic refining of Cu by slurrifying the precipitate with an aqueous soln. of the chloride of a specified metal and by blowing gaseous chlorine into the resulting slurry. CONSTITUTION:Anode slime precipitated on the bottom of an electrolytic cell by the electrolytic refining of Cu contains Au, Ag, Pt, Pd, Te, Cu, etc. Cu and As are removed from the slime by leaching with sulfuric acid or other treatment, and the slime is slurrified with an aqueous soln. of the chloride of a I or IIgroup metal in the periodic table such as NaCl or MgCl2. Gaseous chlorine is blown into the resulting slurry in a vessel with stirring to leach noble metals such as Au, Pt and Pd in the slime in >=99% yield, and >=99% of Ag is left in the leaching residue as AgCl. Solid-liq. separation is then carried out, and the metals are separated and recovered by proper methods.</p>
