Device consists of a wall, made at least partly of a material which is permeable to the external fluid, which defines a compartment. This contains (1) a compsn. contg. active ingredient (I) and an osmopolymer (II) and (2) a compsn. of (II) only. - The wall has an opening which establishes contact between the exterior and (1). Pref. both compsns. inside the compartment are formulated as layers and both imbibe fluids which permeate in through the walls.
