PURPOSE:To reduce stress concentration on fillet parts in time of high load as well as to improve their durability, by making a distance of compression between end faces of each fillet part composed of an elastic body being interposingly installed between two sheets of support plates larger than the other parts. CONSTITUTION:Peripheral edge parts of two sheets of upper and lower metallic supprot plates 2 and 6, installing an almost hourglasslike elastic body 10 composed of rubber material in between, both are bent to some extent in direction of separation to each other, and there are formed with bent peripheral pieces 3 and 7, while a distance between end faces of fillet parts 11 and 12 of the elastic body 10 interposingly installed is made up to be larger than the other parts in design. In a state of being mounted, each outer surface of these bent peripheral pieces 3 and 7 of each of support plates 2 and 6 becomes just flat whereby these upper and lower fillet parts 11 and 12 of the elastic body 10 are always in a state of compression. And, a distance D, between end faces of these upper and lower fillet parts 11 and 12 is made up to be slightly larger than a distance D2 between end faces of the central part. With this constitution, in time of high load, stress concentration on these fillet parts 11 and 12 is in no case produced there, thus the occurrence of cracking is also preventable. |
