At this time, a lithium salt is used as the electrolyte, and a mixed solvent contg. at least one kind of solvent selected among diethylene glycol dialkyl ethers and triethylene glycol dialkyl ethers represented by the formula [where each of R and R' is 1-4C alkyl, and (n) is 2 or 3] is used as an org. solvent.
