PURPOSE:To improve the safety against boiling-over of broth by a structure wherein a gap formed between an inner peripheral heating plate and an outer peripheral heating plate is blocked by the annular recession formed upwardly protruded on a cooker main body. CONSTITUTION:When a hot plate 31 is placed on the titled device, heating is done by energizing an electric heat generating body 28. On the other hand, when a pot 32 is placed on the titled device, heating is done by energizing only an electric heat generating body 27. Even if broth boils over the pot 32, the broth can not enter a cooker main body 21, because a gap 29 is blocked by a protrusion 30. In addition, the pot 32 can be positioned by utilizing the gap 29. Further, in order to realize the sure surface contact between the hot plate 31 and an inner peripheral heating plate 25, the inner peripheral heating plate 25 may be positioned a little lower than an outer peripheral heating plate 26 or the inner peripheral heating plate 25 may be energized upwards by means of springs or the like. |
