PURPOSE:To reduce the height of the entirety to the degree of the height of a drive coil by winding a coil on a coil winding unit of a winding core, and securing the winding core to a stator core so that the coil winding becomes parallel to the moving direction of a movable element. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 11 is interposed between a pair of guide rails 12 and 13. A stator core assembly is composed of the core 11, the winding core 11 and a coil 15. The core 11 has a stator core support 14a and a coil winding 14b, and the coil 15 is wound on the winding 14b. The winding core 14 is secured to the core 11 so that the coil winding 14b becomes substantially parallel to the moving direction of a movable element 18 at the side of the core 11. |
