PURPOSE:To make the engine speed an optimum one during a clutch operation by controlling to open or close the throttle valve of an engine based on the difference between the optimum engine speed and the actual engine speed. CONSTITUTION:A processor 9a compares the engine speed Ne stored in a RAM9e with the target engine speed N; if Ne<=N, the throttle valve opening is insufficient, thus the response factor is set to beta1, and the response factor beta2 of the close quantity of the throttle valve is made beta1>beta2>0 to prevent hunting. In addition, the processor 9a determines the throttle opening TH by calculation and receives the detected signal WP of a speed sensor 8b via an input port 9d, calculates the car speed V and stores it in the RAM9e, retrieves a shift map based on the speed V of the RAM9e and the accelerator position AP, and determines the optimum speed change stage. |
