The control valve housing (6) has an inlet aperture (7) for a first chamber (26), and an outlet aperture (8) for a second chamber (29), between which is a control valve cone. This valve cone is pressed by a spring (10) with adjustable tension against a first valve seat (11). The housing incorporates a second control valve seat (12), and the valve cone is a bush (9) with two O-rings (13, 14) spaced apart axially. The first ring (13) with the spring (10) relaxed as far as possible closes the first valve seat (11), and the second (14) with the spring compressed as far as possible closes the second valve seat (12). USE - As a control valve for a capillary conduit as used in petrol stations.
