PURPOSE:To make a display small-sized, and to realize a conversion to a color and a conversion to high resolution by installing a liquid crystal panel to a circuit substrate serving as a frame, providing a circuit for processing a signal inputted to its circuit substrate, and inputting an output of its circuit to the liquid crystal panel. CONSTITUTION:A transparent substrate 34 loaded with a thin film transistor TFT, and a transprent substrate 32 loaded with a counter electrode and a color filter are provided on a thin type picture display module using a liquid crystal panel. Also, a sealing material 36 and a liquid crystal 37 are interposed between the substrates 32, 34, and an input terminal electrode 40 for driving the TFT is provided on the substrate 34. Moreover, a signal from an input connector part 43 is received by a circuit substrate 30, and a signal for driving the TFT is inputted directly to the electrode 40. The upper substrate 32 of this panel is inserted into a frame 33 of the substrate 30, and connected directly to the lower substrate 34 from the substrate 30. In this way, a display is made small-sized, and a conversion to a color and a conversion to high resolution are realized. |
