PURPOSE:To make the whole range of an edge angular part in a joining part polishable automatically, by stretching a traveling truck, moving in circular form along a frame-like copying mold, accross this mold via a roller, while installing a abrasive part consisting of an abrasive belt in this truck. CONSTITUTION:A solid weldment composed of a sink water tub A and a sink top plate B is set to the top of an abrasive work table 4 and positioned right with a cylinder device 33. At this time, both plane centers of the solid weldment A and a copying mold 7 are made to accord with each other, and a traveling truck 8 being stretched across a frame-like copying mold 7 via a driving roller 10 makes an abrasive belt 30 of an abrasive part 34 come into contact with a joining edge angular part D by rotative operation in a pinion 23 via a lift rod 19 under proper pressure, while motors 15 and 28 are driven, moving the traveling truck 8 along the copying mold 7, and abrasive machining for the joining edge angular part D is carried out with the running abrasive belt 30. Thus, abrasive operation on the solid weldment can be performed automatically and speedily without making a large-sized work into horizontal rotation. |
