USE:An easily handleable and storable powdery organic heat-accumulation agent capable of releasing the light-energy stored in the form of thermal energy taking advantage of the isomerization reaction caused by light-irradiation, and free from the defects of 7-substituted quadricyclene such as ill odor, high ignitability, dissipation loss, polymerizing tendency, etc. PREPARATION:The objective cyclodextrin clathrate compound of the compound of formula can be prepared by contacting the compound of formula with cyclodextrin in water or alcohol, and separating the precipitate. The compound stores the light energy stably in the form of thermal energy, and releases the energy in need by the addition of a catalyst. |
