PURPOSE:To shorten the needed length of a refrigerant tube, by enabling bend parts of a tube also to exchange heat, by providing plate fins which are continuous toward the flowing direction of the air, to the bend parts of a refrigerant tube. CONSTITUTION:A certain number of plate fins 3a and 3b which are continuous toward the flowing direction of the air are provided to the bend parts 4b of a refrigerant tube 4, and end plates 5 are provided at both ends of the fins 3a and 3b, at the ends of bend parts 4b, located within the width of tube diameter. Heat can be exchanged also in the bend parts 4b, by providing plate fins 3a and 3b which are not divided by the bend parts 4b of a refrigerant tube. As a result, the needed length of a refrigerant tube can be shortened, large heat transfer surface can be taken, and the heat exchanging rate can be increased, that is, the heat exchanging capacity can be increased. In addition, assembling ability of a heat exchanger can be increased, because temporary assembly can be performed by the presence of plate fins 3a and 3b, when the end plates 5 are installed to the fins. |
