PURPOSE:To obtain a camera device which has high producibility and also can record a tape pattern same as that obtained by a head azimuth recording/reproducing device divided into two parts at 180 deg., by using a composite head having different azimuth angles as a video signal recording head and performing scans alternately evey revolution of the head. CONSTITUTION:A composite magnetic head 1 having gaps 2 and 3 of different azimuth angles is set on a rotary drum 4 which revolves toward an arrow X and serves as a rotary head. A video signal reading pulse B is supplied to an image pickup device 9 through a switch circuit 10, and a video signal is delivered from the device 9. This video signal is supplied to a head gap 2 through a switch circuit 8. The rise time point of the pulse B, i.e., the scan start time point of the device 9 is controlled by a circuit 13. Thus the scan start time of the device 9 is varied by an amount equal to the time differential between the start and end time points of the tape scan due to the different positions of head gaps 2 and 3. As a result, the video signals can be azimuth recorded on a tape with no loss. |
