摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To transmit information on an attitude at a rate corresponding to the intensity of a change in the attitude of a space flying object by a method wherein, when the attitude of the space flying object is controlled, a scanning operation to detect an infrared source such as the earth or the like is performed electronically and a scanning cycle is made variable. CONSTITUTION:A sensor part is constituted of a plurality of infrared phase- shifting elements 1-1 to 1-N which can control the phase of infrared rays, outputs from the individual elements 1-1 to 1-N which have been controlled and composed according to the angle signal of a signal processing device 9 are composed and a scanning cycle can be changed easily. Then, the degree of a change in a rolling angle and a pitching angle is extracted by using differentiating devices 13a, 13b and squaring devices 14a, 14b, a value which has integrated it for a definite time is monitored, and the scanning cycle is changed according to the value.</p>
