PURPOSE:To compensate chromatic aberration automatically in lens replacement by setting a chromatic aberration correction signal corresponding to the amount of chromatic aberration in an infrared ray region for each individual interchangeable lens. CONSTITUTION:A detection part 16 for the amount of chromatic aberration compensation and a driving part 17 are connected to a signal processing part 15, and a contrast signal from an A sensor 11 is corrected by the amount of chromatic aberration compensation with a signal from said detection part 16 and transmitted to a display and drive part 17 to control display, lens driving, etc. Further, a photoelectric conversion part 18 which controls the light emission of an infrared rays LED, the detection of the chromatic aberration compensation signal, and switching between a visible ray cutting filter 6 and an infrared ray cutting filter 14 according to the brightness of a subject is connected to the detection part 16 and a filter conversion part 19 respectively; when the subject brightness is high, a sensor is used to perform focus detection by a visible ray, and when low, the infrared ray LED is turned on to detect the chromatic aberration compensation signal from the lens, and a filter conversion part 17 is put in operation to use the visible ray cutting filter 6. |
