PURPOSE:To obtain a large coupling quantity by providing a thin film consisting of an insulator between two strip conductors arranged adjacently to each other to make it possible that two strip conductors are arranged at a short interval or overlap each other. CONSTITUTION:The coupling quantity is determined by a specific dielectric constant of a dielectric substrate, a thickness (h) of the substrate, widths w1 and w2 of conductors 3 and 4, and an interval (s) between them, and the interval (s) is reduced to obtain a larger coupling quantity. Therefore, a thin film 5 consisting of an insulator is provided between the first strip conductor 3 and the second strip conductor 4 which are arranged in parallel on the dielectric substrate 1. In this constitution, conductors 3 and 4 are not brought into contact with each other because of the existence of the thin film 5 if the interval (s) between the first and the second strip conductors 3 and 4 is reduced. Thus, no restrictions are placed on a minimum value of dimensions (s), and a desired large coupling quantity is attained. |
